Are all your pieces custom made?

Our custom pieces are identified in the description. They are all made & desgined by hand from sketch to finished product. Every piece is different in its own way.

What brands do you print on?

All STÅSH. standard t-shirts are printed on American Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA. The STÅSH. Premium Line apparel is sourced of a variety other brands.

How do I know what size shirt to order?

Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?

Some of the designs are printed on different style shirts. Check the product description for any special sizing notes.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts and hoodies are screenprinted. Most of the shirts are printed with water-based or discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft print. A few of the shirts use soft hand plastisol in order to get a bright white print. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.

Will the printing fade?

Because we choose to use soft water-based inks, some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.

Do you print your own shirts?

No, we focus on design and leave the printing to the professionals.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?

Of course. Subscribe to the STÅSH. newsletter, follow us on twitter, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.

Do you accept designs from third parties?

No, all of our designs are $T∆$H. originals, designed by $T∆$H.’s founder.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes, we certainly do. You can purchase them here.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying $T∆$H. products. We want to make sure that STÅSH. is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, please contact us and include some background information about your shop/company.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.

How do you pronounce STÅSH.?

One word: “stash”

Where did the name come from?

While the actual origin of the word remains a secret, we chose the name because it was simple enough to remember and weird enough to stand out. When we chose the name “$T∆$H.” it had no connotations or associations which allowed us to define it to what it is today.

I love your site, and I want mine to look just like it. Where did you get your template?

We’re glad you like our site. We put a lot of time and effort into designing and coding each element by hand in order to best communicate our and display the STÅSH. brand. The end result is the cumulating of several months with of work. No, It is not a template, it is not for sale, and it may not be copied in any part for any reason. (Please let us know if you see other sites that have stolen our design and/or design elements so that we can ask them to stop violating our copyrights.)

What platform does your website run on?

The STÅSH. website runs on a combination of 2 platforms. The shop is powered by Big Cartel. We are an example of what can be done with a a lot of custom coding when using Big Cartel, but our site is not an example of what you get out of the box when signing up. The rest of the site runs on an installation of WordPress hosted by Fused Network. The seamless integration between the two platforms is not a task that you can complete with a couple snippets of code or a magic plugin. Like most things we’ve done, the secret is simply time, effort, and determination.

Do you do custom design or website work?

No, we do not accept contract work for either design or technical projects. Honestly, STÅSH. keeps us so busy that we don’t have time to take on anything else.

Do you accept design submissions from other designers?

No, sorry. We are control freaks and like to maintain the direction and design of STÅSH. in-house. If you love to design, there are plenty of outlets for your passion and we love to see other people doing what they love.
